When I was 12 years old (1954) I saw Seven Brides For Seven Brothers and for the first time fell in love with a woman, Jane Powell. I have seen the movie countless times over the years and still love it and Jane.

Yay for SBFSB! I love this movie and always will. When I got married 4 years ago this was one of the first movies my husband and I bought to own in our home. I only have boys now but maybe one day I will have a girl or two to dance around to the music with. For now my boys will just have to like it. :) Love lots!
You know I loved that movie when it first came out in 1954 and I was a 12 year old boy. I even became interested in dancing at that age. I still love dancing but at my age I feel I would look silly dancing around. Also I would probably fall down. I have enough trouble just walking...HaHa.
